Step four is special delivery for the Bride-To-Be! When your dress arrives, grab some family and friends so we can virtually show them how to dress you to perfection—from buttoning to bustling your gown!

How long does it take to receive my custom wedding gown?
We guarantee that you’ll receive your gown no later than 2 months before your wedding!
*If your wedding is in 6 months or less, we will set up a custom production schedule for you.
How will my gown be packaged?
Your gown will boxed with plenty of breathing room, wrapped safely, and will come with a hanger and a zip-up dress bag for easy transportation to your venue.
What if my size changes and my gown doesn’t fit perfectly?
If your size changes from the time of the measurements—no worries! Your gown has extra seam allowance built in. Ship it back and we will re-size it once for free.
Once your gown is delivered, we suggest having an unboxing party with your wedding party!
Your designer will be right there with you virtually, as you unbox your dream wedding gown!
Grab some champagne, your bridal party, and don’t forget your computer because your designer will be there virtually! She will walk your bridal party through dressing you in your gown! She’ll explain how to fasten you into it, adjust any built-in bra closures, and bustle your gown for dancing!
She will be right there to answer any questions or concerns you might have, as well as to provide expert styling advice to make sure you will look and feel your best on your big day!
